摘  要:检测高脂血清 (HL S)对内皮细胞 TGFβ1 、b FGF表达的影响 ,并观察当归、阿魏酸钠的作用。采用培养人脐静脉内皮细胞 (ECV30 4) ,以高脂血清损伤 ,扫描电镜观察内皮细胞形态变化 ,免疫细胞化学方法观测 TGFβ1 及b FGF的表达。结果 ,高脂血清明显损害内皮细胞的超微结构 ,TGFβ1 的表达明显降低 ,b FGF的表达明显增高 ;这种作用可以被当归、阿魏酸钠所逆转。当归及其有效成份阿魏酸钠对内皮细胞 TGFβ1 、b FGF表达的影响可能为其抗动脉粥样硬化的机理之一。Objective:The aim of this article is to determine and compare the effects of angelica and sodium ferulate on TGFβ 1 and bFGF expression in human umbilical vein endothelial cells induced by hyperlipidemic serum.Methods:Endothelial cells were used as the target cell,the hyperlipidemic serum as a damage factor.The microstructures were observed by the electron microscope,the expression of TGFβ 1 and bFGF were observed by immunocytochemical methods.Results:Hyerlipidemic serum induced the changes of microstructure and the expressions of TGFβ 1 and bFGF in endothelial cells significantly,which can be reserved by angelica as well as sodium ferulate.Conclusions:The effects of angelica and sodium ferulate may be one of their antiatherosclerotic mechanisms.Sodium ferulate may be the effective element of angelica.
