摘 要:采用固定床流动反应装置研究了金属负载型催化剂对甲烷二氧化碳转化制合成气的催化活性,考察了催化剂活性组份、载体及反应条件等对合成气生成量的影响。发现负载型Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂对甲烷二氧化碳转化具有高催化活性,其合成气生成量随反应温度升高或压力降低而增加。通过测定发现,当镍负载量低于13.15w%时,即使在热力学积炭区使用Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂,它也具有高抗积炭性能。考察了Ni/Al_2O_3-5催化剂在700℃下连续运行120小时的瞬间活性,发现产物合成气摩尔含量一直保持在91%左右,催化剂活性无任何降低趋势。The activity of metal loaded catalysts for reforming methane with carbon di- oxide to produce synthesis gases has been studied by using a fixed-bed flow apparatus. It is found by examining the effects of metal and carrier on reaction activity that Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst, as compared with Ni/SiO_2, Co/Al_2O_3, Fe/Al_2O_3 catalyst, is the best one for producing synthesis gas. The yield of synthesis gas increases with increasing temperature or decreasing pressure. It has been shown that a 9.17w% Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst did not deactivate at all during 120 h on stream with a CO_2:CH_4 ratio of 1.30:1 at 700℃. The amount of carbon deposited on catalysts is measured, and the results indicate that the Ni/Al_2O_3 catalysts in which the Ni loading is below 13.15% show high resistance to carbon deposition even though eactions are conducted under thermodynamic carbon deposition conditions.
