摘 要:以Ce(NO_3)_3为催化剂、H_2O_2为氧化剂的苄醇氧化反应,在以乙酸、三氯乙酸等有机酸作溶剂条件下,可构成催化循环,实现苄醇控制氧化制备苯甲醛。同时,还研究了温度和催化剂、乙酸、H_2O_2浓度等因素对反应的影响。Benzyl alcohol can be catalytically oxidized to benzaldehyde with Ce(NO_3)_3 as cata- lyst and H_2O_2 as oxidizing agent and CH_3COOH or CCl_3COOH as solvent. The ef- fects of temperature, catalyst, H_2O_2 as well as HOAc concentration on product yield have been studied. The following reaction conditions are found to be suitable: reac- tion temperature 90℃; catalyst concentration 5×10^(-2)mol/l; mole ratio of H_2O_2- to-benzyl alcohol 2:1; HOAc concentration 20%. Higher temperatures(>90℃) will cause H_2O_2 to decompose, but no reaction will occur when the temperature is be- low 55℃. Higher concentration of catalyst will reduce the selectivity of benzal- dehyde; lower concentration of HOAc greatly increases the selectivity ol benzal- dehyde, which can reach near 100% when 18% HOAc is used as solvent.
