摘 要:介绍熔盐换热式小型固定床反应器内柱状、三叶草状、三叶三孔状、圆形中孔状的V-P-O催化剂反应性能的研究情况。测定了各种形状催化剂的床层温度分布。比较了各催化剂在高空速条件下的生产能力。数据表明,在正丁烷氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐的反应过程中,催化剂外观几何形状影响反应效果。在相同反应条件下催化剂的活性大小顺序为:圆形中孔状>三叶草状>圆柱状。圆形中孔状催化剂在空速3000h^(-1)条件下,435℃时生产能力超过100克顺酐/升催化剂·小时。The performance of some special shaped catalysts was studied in a small fixed bed reactor with molten salt as medium for heat exchange. The temperature profiles of the catalysts in the reactor were determined, and the productive capacity of each under high space velocity was compared with that of others, For the oxidation reaction of n-butane to maleic anhydride the geometrical shape of catalyst affects the reaction efficiency. The order of the efficiency is, cylinder> clover leaf>column at the same reaction conditions. The productive capacity of cylindrical catalyst can reach 100gMA/l cat.h, at V_s=3OOO/h, 435℃.
