摘 要:依据液体混合池模型,推导出液体并流塔板在具有雾沫夹带和漏液、池间汽体不混合时的板效率计算式。其解析解法的计算结果与Lockett等人提出的板效率计算式的数值解法计算值相当吻合。本计算式的计算过程简单,并可推得混合池数N=∞时的板效率计算式。在几种特殊情况下,可简化为文献报道的Lockett等人、Lewis、Colburn、Danly以及笔者所提出的板效率计算式。Using the mixed-pool model to analyse conditions of partial mixing in the liquid, the present paper suggests mathematical relationships between point efficiency and apparent Murphree vapor phase tray efficiency under conditions of unmixed vapor between the mixed pools and liquid flowing in the same direction on successive trays (parallel flow) in the presence of entrainment and weeping, i. e. The calculated results are in good agreement with that computed from Lockett's diffusion approach. The mathematical relationships proposed in this paper are simpler and more convenient to use. When N=∞,t he following equations are obtained: In the event of some limiting cases, the present mathematical relationships can be simplified to equations identical with those published in the literature.
