太子参总皂甙药理作用的初步研究

摘　　要：太子参总皂甙对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐低温有明显的作用。太子参总皂甙能增加小鼠免疫器官的重量,对小鼠网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能有明显的激活作用,对小鼠免疫后血清中溶血素的生成有一定的促进趋势。Total saponins from Radix pseudostellariae (PHS) to mice showed significant anti-fatigue action, anti-anoxia action, and resistant to low temperature. It increased the weight of immunological organs and enhanced the phagocytic activity of RES in mice. It had definite enhancement trend in production of antibody hemolysin cause by CRBC in mice.
