摘　　要：研究了国产及进口非洛地平缓释片的释放度,前者的释药行为符合Higuchi方程,后者的释药行为符合零级动力学。考察了不同转速及不同释放介质对其释放度的影响,确定了释放度的测定方法。The release rate of domestic tablets and imported tablets was measured by the basket method. There was a significant difference. The drug release behavior of the domestic tablets fitted to Higuchi formula, but the imported tablets zero order release. It was found that the different rotation rate and different release medium would affect the drug release. A new measuring method of release rate was built.
