摘　　要：目的 :了解我国免做青霉素皮试口服安美汀片的安全性。方法 :患有各种感染的患者 ,口服安美汀每日 3次 ,每次 3 75mg ,疗程 5d,观察不良反应。结果 :10 0 10例患者中 ,出现不良反应与服药很可能有关者 2 12例 ,可能有关者 163例 ,不良反应总发生率为 3 .8% ( 3 75 / 10 0 10 )。最常见的不良反应为恶心、头昏及皮疹。结论 :在服药前详细询问病史、排除β内酰胺类及其他药物过敏史以及过敏体质者 ,在医护人员观察下服用第一剂 。To study the safety of oral augmentin administered without prior penicillin skin test. Methods:All patients were given augmentin orally 375 mg, 3 times a day, for 5 days without prior skin test. Results:Among 10 010 patients, 212 patients experienced adverse effects most probably related to the drug and 163 patients experienced adverse effects possibly related to the drug, with total ADRs rate of 3.8% (375/10 010).Nausea, dizziness and rash were the most common adverse effects. Conclusions:It is safe to administer augmentin tablet without prior skin test if patients hypersensitive to bata lactam antibiotics and other drugs could be carefully excluded and the first dose be administered under the close watch of medical staffs or nurses.
