摘　　要：目的 了解黎族人群艾滋病、性病知识、态度及行为，为全省艾滋病防治提供理论依据。方法 由经过培训的调查员采用封闭式调查表面对面进行调查，收集相关的性病、艾滋病基线材料。结果 共调查１９８人，其中１１４人听说过性病，占５７．５８％；１１人在过去一年曾出现过生殖器溃疡或有脓性分泌物，占５．５６％，其中６３．６４％的人未得到正规处理；性病相关知识的正确回答率在６．４２％～８４．４０％之间；６２．１２％的人听说过艾滋病，６０．６１％的人担心自己感染艾滋病，３５．８６％的人知道到防疫站或医院检查艾滋病，调查对象对艾滋病知识的正确知晓率在１４．１４％～４６．４６％之间；有过性行为人员的避孕套使用率仅为９．０９％。结论 黎族人群性病、艾滋病知识较为贫乏，应开展广泛的宣传教育。Objective To understand AIDS and STD knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among Li Minority Nationalities in Hainan Province. Methods An interviewing questionnaire was used to collect the basic data of AIDS and 5Th including demographic information, attitudes and behaviors of the Li ethnic groups investigated. Results A total of 198 subjects were interviewed, among whom 114 subjects, accounting for 57 .58%, had ever heard of STD. 5.56% of them had genitals ulcer or puriform secretion in reproductive organs in the previous year, among whom 7 patients, accounting for 62. 12%, were not treated properly. The correct rate of STD Knowledge in the subjects ranged from 6.42% to 84.40%. A total of 123 persons, accounting for 62.12%, have heard AIDS. 120 persons worried to be infected with HIV, and 35. 86% of them knew that HIV exanimation could be done in hospitals or anti - epidemic station. The correct rate of AIDS knowledge ranged from 14. 14 to 46.46%. The using rate of condom in the persons having had sexual activities is only 9.09%. Conclusion Li minority nationality lack the Knowledge for preventing AIDS and STD, so it is imperative to conduct extensive education of AIDS and STD in the population.
