海南省1997～2000年医院消毒工作质量状况调查

摘　　要：目的 了解我省医院消毒工作质量状况。方法 对１７所医院选择消毒处理后与医疗活动前采样进行消毒效果检测。结果 各类检测对象的消毒效果检测合格率分别为：室内空气５７．６％，物体表面９４．９％，医务人员手９６．４％，使用中的消毒剂９７．０％，紫外线灯 ９７．０％，高压蒸气灭菌效果９４．１％。结论 本次调查结果与１９９３年～１９９４年监测结果相比较，显示我省医院消毒工作质量有显著提高。Objective To investigate the quality of disinfection in the hopitals of Hainan Province. Methods Samples were collected from 17 hospitals and the effect of disinfection before and after disinfection was compared. Results The qualified rates of indoor sir, surface of objects, medical personnel' s hands, the disinfectants used, ultraviolet lamps employed and autoclave sterilzer were 57.6% , 94.9% ,96.4% ,97 .0% ,97. 0% ,97. 0% and 94. 1 %, respectively. Conclusion The results of the inspection show that the quality of disinfection conducted in the hospitals of Hainan province has, as compared with the monitoring results performed in 1993-1994,been markedly improved.
