摘　　要：目的 在对娱乐场所女性服务员对艾滋病、性病认知和感染情况调查的基础上，开展有针对性的健康教育干预工作，评价项目工作效果。方法 对湖南省宜章县１０６家娱乐场所的女性服务员在开展艾滋病、性病健康干预前后有关艾滋病、性病发病情况和有关知识水平的比较，对预防干预效果进行评价。结果 性病发病率下降，艾滋病、性病知识和性生活避孕套的接受率均有明显上升。表示放弃从事目前职业的无变化。结论 仍需要对她们开展深入和经常性的预防艾滋病、性病知识的宣传，最终改变其高危行为。Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention on AID/STD prevention by health education among female workers servicing in entertaimment places. Methods the female worders fmm 106 entertainment places were investigated for AIDISTh by a questionaire concerning the knowledge and attitude of ALD/STD and condom use before and after the investigation. Results After the intervention the prevalence of STD was decreased and the knowlesge level concerning the prevention of AID/STD and the rate in use of condom when intercourse were increased, Conclusion Health education/ pmmotion and intervention are necessaxy and be carried out frequently for prevention and contnl of AID/STD in the target population.
