摘　　要：简要分析了190系列柴油机曲轴产生微动磨损的原因,分别介绍了用电刷镀技术修复磨损曲轴及用锁固型乐泰厌氧胶预防曲轴微动磨损的两种工艺。这两种工艺也适用于其它机械零件微动磨损的修复和预防。Wear of the crankshaft journal of the 190 series diesel engines, caused by inching between the journal and it's mactching piece, is briefly analyzed. The brush plating method is i.nterduced for repairing the journal, mean while the use of Le Tai Brand anaerobic glue to prevent the journal from inching wear is recommended. Those two techniques are also suitable for the repair and prevention of inching wear on other machining parts.
