摘　　要：介绍了钢铁表面常温发黑剂的研制,论述了影响发黑膜的因素及常温发黑的技术特点。全部工艺均在室温下完成,无能源消耗,工效比传统工艺提高6～10倍,可广泛应用于石油机械零件加工与修复后的表面处理。The medicament for surface blackening of steel parts under atmospheric temperature is developed. The factors influencing quality of blackening oxide film and technical characteristics of blackening under atmospheric temperature are discussed: All the blackening_process is carried out under atmospheric temperature without energy consumption and the working efficiency is increased by 6- 10 times compared with the traditional blackening process.
