摘　　要：采用先进的数字集成电路及目前较流行的单片机控制技术 ,研制出测量精度高、体积小、数字显示、带自诊断功能。Using advanced digital IC and microprocessor controlled technique, we designed an intelligent instrument for measuring leakage current,which has the features of high accuracy,small volume, digital display mode, self diagnosing and operating simply.
