摘　　要：同医院临床护理相比 ,社区护理有着显著特点 ,社区护士单独进入家庭 ,其职业安全受到严峻考验 ,造成社区护士身心损害。如何加强护理人员的自我防护意识成为医院护理管理的重要课题。我院护理部针对社区护士的人身安全、职业保护、心理健康问题 ,采取一系列措施 。Community nursing practice is different from the clinical nursing in hospital.The community nurse usually enters the household alone,at this time,her or his physical and psychological safety might be challenged.Therefore,how to enhance the nurse'self-protection becomes the important issue of the nursing management.The nursing department of our hospital adopts a series of measure to ensure the community nurse'safety,professional protection and mental health,and so far,the result has been considered remarkable.
