摘　　要：医疗法规的日渐完善 ,对医疗安全的要求和医护人员的工作行为及其职责的约束更加严格。探讨手术室护理工作中的有关法律问题包括 :手术室护理工作中的法律文件、越职行为、失职行为、病人的隐私权、医护人员的语言、手术室护士的法律意识等 ,对防止有关的护理缺陷的发生 。With the steady improvement in medical statutes, it will be more restrained for both the medical safety requirement and working behaviors of doctors and nurses in processing of the medical treatment. The legal issues discussed in the operating room nursing include the law documents of operating room, exceeding authority action, delinquency action, patient's privacy, medical stuff's speech, legal consciousness and etc. It is very important of the above issues in reducing the medical disputes and preventing the relative nursing defects from occurring.
