两种护理交接班方法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 :遵循以病人为中心的指导思想 ,观察实施护理床边交班对护理质量、护理差错发生和病人满意度的影响。方法 :观察记录 2 0 0 0年7月始实施护理床边交班后 ,3 98例病人护理质量、护理差错发生和病人满意度情况 ,并与上一年同期 3 69例未实行护理床边交班的传统办公室交班方式进行对照比较。结果 :开展护理床边交班后 ,进一步完善了护理工作、规范了护理管理 ,使护理质量合格率提高 ,护理差错发生率降低 ,病人满意度提高。结论 :实施护理床边交班 ,保证了护理质量 ,病人对护理工作满意 ,体现了护理工作对病人的个体关注更加细致入微 ,对病人病情了解更加全面、细致 。Objective:To observe how much taking nursing report bedside influences nursing quality,nursing mistakes,and patients' satisfaction.Method:Observe and record nursing quality,nursing mistakes and patients' satisfaction of 398 cases since taking report bedside from July 2000,compare with 369 cases the year before that haven't taken report bedside.Result:Taking report bedside can improve nursing quality,standardize nursing management,reduce nursing mistakes and increase intensity of patients'satisfaction.Conclusion:Taking report bedside deserves to be introduced, it guarantees the nursing quality,satisfies patients,makes sure that nurses know the patients detailedly and shows nurses' great care to patients.It is good for patients' recovery.
