摘　　要：在分析高等教育扩招趋势的基础上 ,论述了提高教育教学质量是高等教育发展的迫切要求 ,提出了提高教育教学质量的 10项措施 ,并进行了有效的实践。Based on the analyzing the tendency of amount expansion of freshman in our higher education,we discuss that raising the higher education quality is the urgent demand of the higher education develepment,and suggeste 10 measures for raising the higher education quality.
