摘  要:糠醛精制抽提塔采用新型高效填料取代外驱动转盘塔板,使塔的理论级数获得提高,精制油质量大幅度上升;在维持相同精制深度时,则抽提溶剂比下降,精制油收率提高、能耗降低、原料处理能力增加。仅提高收率和降低能耗两项可净增效益500×10~4元/a以上,改进所费资金仅30×10~4元。A new type of hign efficiency packing material is used to replace the plates in a rotary disc furfural extraction column with the purpose of increasing the number of theoretical stages so as improving the quality of the solvent refined oil. Under the same refining severity, the solvent/oil ratio is decreased, the yield of refined oil increased, the energy consumption reduced, and the throughput increased as com- pared with the old column. The increase of profit by higher yield and lower energy consumption alone is more than 5 million yuans per year. The cost of innovation is only 300,000 yuans.
