摘　　要：目的　研究诺迪康胶囊对肺心病缓解期患者的心肺功能和血液流变学的影响。方法　采用随机双盲法将 80例肺心病缓解期患者平均分为两组 ,对照组予以支气管扩张剂、止咳化痰、强心利尿和吸氧等常规治疗 ,诺迪康组在予以常规治疗的基础上加用诺迪康胶囊 ,2粒 /次 ,3次 /d ,6 0d为一个疗程。比较两组心肺功能临床疗效 ,对血液流变学的影响。结果　诺迪康组临床疗效总有效率 82 .5 % ,对照组为 6 2 .5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。诺迪康组血液流变学改善程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。诺迪康组的肺功能改善明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　诺迪康是一种治疗慢性肺心病缓解期的有效药物 ,值得临床推广运用。Objective:To observe the effect of Nuodikang capsules in treating stable patients with chronic cor pulmonate on heart and pulmonary functions and the hemorrheology anticoagulation.Methods:Eighty stable patients with chronic cor pulmonate were divided into two groups in randomized single-blinded controlled method,fourty in each group. Both groups were with conventional therapy including bronchodilator,relieving cough and reducing sputum,cardial,diuretic and oxygen inhalation.Nuodikang group of 40 patients were treated with conventional therapy plus Nuodikang capsules 560 mg,po tid for 60d. The clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups and effect of treatment on hemorrheology function were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the Nuodikang group was 82.5% and that in the control group was 62.5%,the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05) .In the Nuodikang group the improvement in hemorrheologic property was bettter than that in the control group significantly(P<0.05).And Nuodikang group showed more potent effect in improving pulmonary function of patients than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nuodikang capsules is a effective drug for the treatment of stable patients with chronic cor pulmonate,and is worthy of clinical application.
