PtfV_1对冠状动脉狭窄检测的意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨PtfV1与冠状动脉狭窄的关系。方法　将 2 83例胸痛冠状动脉造影患者分为两组 :冠状动脉狭窄组及对照组 ,分析两组间PtfV1变化 ;同时分析左房扩大及高血压对PtfV1之影响及PtfV1≤ -0 .0 3mm/s时 ,冠状动脉狭窄检出率的差异。结果　冠状动脉狭窄组PtfV1值明显低于对照组 ,具有显著性差异 ,在排除左房扩大影响后 ,其PtfV1值差异仍具有显著性意义。PtfV1≤ - 0 .0 3mm/s时 ,冠状动脉狭窄检出率明显高于PtfV1>- 0 .0 3mm/s时 ,差异具有显著性。结论　冠状动脉狭窄与PtfV1负值增加有关 ;低的PtfV1值 (≤ - 0 .0 3mm/s)可能是冠状动脉狭窄的一个预测因子。Objective:To study relationship between PtfV 1 and coronary artery stenosis.Methods:283 patients with chest pain were divided into coronary artery stenosis group and control group. The value of PtfV 1 was analysed, meanwhile,the positive rate of coronary artery stenosis was compared when the level of PtfV 1 is lower than - 0.03mm/s or not.Results:The value of PtfV 1 in coronary artery stenosis group is significantly lower than control group and it is the same as without left atrial enlargement and hypertension. The positive rate of coronary artery stenosis is significantly higher when PtfV 1 is lower than- 0.03mm/s.Conclusions:PtfV 1 has a certain correlation with coronary artery stenosis and it may be a predictive factor of coronary artery stenosis.
