摘　　要：目的　探讨福建地区汉族人群N -乙酰基转移酶 (NAT2 )基因多态性分布规律。方法　应用自动实时荧光Light-Cycler技术 ,对 16 8名福建地区汉族健康人NAT2 4个位点的基因多态性进行检测 ,并与其它人群比较。结果　NAT2多态位点各基因型频率分别为 :NAT2 4 /NAT2 4 (39.2 % ) ,NAT2 4 /NAT2 6A(2 8.0 % ) ,NAT2 6A/NAT2 7A/B(14 .3% ) ,NAT2 4 /NAT2 7A/B(10 .7% ) ,NAT2 4 /NAT2 5A(3.6 % ) ,NAT2 6A/NAT2 6A (3.0 % ) ,NAT2 7A/B/NAT2 7A/B(1.2 % )。等位基因频率分别为 :NAT2 4 (6 0 .4 % ) ,NAT2 6A(2 4 .1% ) ,NAT2 7A/B(13.7% ) ,NAT2 5A(1.8% ) ;未检测到NAT2 5A纯合变异体和NAT2 14A突变等位基因。结论　福建地区汉族人群N -乙酰基转移酶 (NAT2 )基因多态分布与日本人接近 ,与欧美人显著不同。Objective:To determine the distribution of N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2) genetic polymorphisms in Fujian Hans.Method: Genetic polymorphisus of four NAT2 loci in a total of 168 healthy Fujian Hans were studied with Real-time Fluorescence Light-Cycler technique. Current results were compared with the data on other ethnic groups.Results:The genotype frequencies of NAT2 polymorphisms were found to be NAT2*4/NAT2*4( 39.2%),NAT2*4/NAT2*6A(28.0%),NAT2*6A/NAT2*7A/B(14.3%),NAT2*4/NAT2*7A/B( 10.7%),NAT2*4/NAT2* 5A(3.6%),NAT2* 6A/NAT2* 6A(3.0%),NAT2* 7A/B/NAT2*7A/B(1.2%)respectively, while the alleles genetic frequencies were found to be NAT2*4(60.4%),NAT2* 6A(24.1%),NAT2* 7A/B(13.7%),NAT2*5A(1.8%) respectively. The NAT2*5 A homogeneous and NAT2*14A alleles were not detected. Conclusion:The NAT2 genetic polymorphisms in Fujian Hans were similar to those in Japanese population, but were significantly different from those in European populations.
