摘　　要：目的　了解临床常见肠杆菌科细菌产AmpCβ -内酰胺酶的产生率。 方法　采用头孢西丁筛查试验和三维提取试验对 170株菌进行检测。结果　头孢西丁筛查试验阳性 2 9株 ,三维提取试验阳性 5株 ,可疑4株。结论　头孢西丁筛查试验特异性较差 ,假阳性高 ;三维提取法能准确检测AmpCβ -内酰胺酶 ,其产生率达 2 .94 %。Objective:To study the occurrence rate of AmpC Beta-Lactmases of clinical bacteria. Methods:To detect 170 isolates by cefoxifin screening test and three-dimensional extract test.Results:29 strains yielded a cefoxifin zone diameter less than 18mm (screen positive), The three-dimensional extract test identified 5 strains producing AmpC Beta-lactamases and 4 strains are suspicious.Conclusion:The cefoxitin screening test has poor specificity ;the three-dimensional extract test may accurately identify the AmpC Beta-Lactamases, its Occurrence rate is 2.94%.
