摘　　要：目的 :检测食管鳞状细胞癌组织中细胞胀亡及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达。方法 :利用透射电镜和免疫组织化学技术检测 30例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中细胞胀亡指数及VEGF表达情况 ,分析 2者的相关性。结果 :VEGF阳性的细胞很少发生细胞胀亡 ,VEGF高表达的癌组织中较少存在细胞胀亡。食管鳞状细胞癌组织中VEGF的表达与细胞胀亡的发生呈负相关 (q =7.2 6 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论Aim: To investigate the interrelationship between the expression of VEGF and oncosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: By using transmission electron microscope and immunohistochemical technique, oncosis and VEGF expression in 30 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were determined, and the interrelationship between them was studied. Results: VEGF-positive carcinoma cells had little oncosis. The expression of VEGF was negatively correlated with oncosis. Conclusion: Oncosis may be caused by the lack of new vessels in esophageal neoplasm.
