柴胡疏肝散合金黄散加味治疗乳腺增生90例

摘　　要：观察柴胡疏肝散合金黄散加味治疗乳腺增生的疗效 ,随机分为治疗组 90例 ,以内服柴胡疏肝散合金黄散加味热敷 ,对照组 90例 ,以口服利邦平消片和 10 %硫酸镁水溶液热敷治疗 ,7天为 1个疗程 ,观察 1～ 3个疗程 ,结果治疗组治愈率 70 .0 % ,对照组 37 8% (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组总有效率 97 8% ,对照组 88 9% (P <0 0 1)。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Chaihu Shugan Powder' plus 'Jinhuang Powder' in the treatment of hyperplasia of breast,90 cases in treatment group were treated by external application of the two powders and another 90 cases in control group were treated by oral libangpingxiao Pill and external application of 10% magnesium sulfate,with 1-3 courses.Results:The cure rate was 70.0% in treatment group and 37.8% in control group, P <0.01;the total effective rate was 97.8% in treatment group and 88.9% in control group, P <0.01.
