摘　　要：数据库是管理信息系统的基础和核心.通过对某县电业管理公司电能计量管理业务需求的调查和分析,结合自己开发的电能计量管理信息系统,运用数据库设计的原理与方法,完成了系统的概念结构设计、逻辑结构设计和物理结构设计,并且建立了数据库模型,保证了电能计量管理信息系统开发的顺利实现.目前,该系统运行状况良好,效果显著,必将带来极大的经济效益和社会效益.Through the investigation and analysis of the requirements of electric power metering management for a county electric power management company,we acomplished the conceptual structure design,logical structure design and physical structure design of the electric power metering management information system,and established a database model.During the process of designing,we made good use of the principle and method of designing database in combination with our own experience in this field.Our work guaranteed the realigation of the development of electric power metering management information system.At present,the system developed by ourselves operates in good condition,and it will certainly bring forth great economic benefit and social benefit.
