摘　　要：本文介绍了国产PV型高效旋风分离器的性能、结构特点和结构尺寸的优化组合设计。针对FCC装置的具体情况应用的全过程,详细的讨论了PV型旋风分离器的选型依据、应用效果和现场标定及工业运行所取得的效果,对国产高效旋风分离器的推广应用提供了经验和指导。The performance, structural feature and dimension of the domestically made PV type high-effi- ciency cyclone and their optimal combination desigh are described. The basis for selecting PV type cy- clone, ita results of application and data runs, and commercial operation Performance in a commercial FCC unit are discussed in detail to provide experience and guidelines for the adoption of PV type cy- clone in other FCC units.
