青杨种内的遗传变异对杨树杂交效果的影响

摘　　要：　应用田间调查法、统计分析法,对美洲黑杨与陕西长安、周至、洛南3个产地青杨的不同单株杂交效果进行评价,结果表明长安种源青杨作父本最好,周至种源次之,洛南种源最差,但每一种源中都有优良的单株可作杂交亲本。指出在杨树杂交育种时,最好通过个体配合力测定来选择亲本,才能有效提高杂交效果。This paper assesses the effect in Poplar hybrization of P.deltoides × P.cathayana Rehd of individual trees of 3 different provenances by the method of real investigation and statistics analysis.The conclusion comes from the reasarch,namely,Changan provenance P.cathayana Rehd is the best as father parent,Zhouzhi′s is better,and Luonan′s is worst ,but every provenance has super individual trees that can be chosen as parent.The paper also points out that we'd better select parent through individual combining ability test and thus to increase efficiency of poplar hybridiazation.
