摘　　要：　通过对几个典型灌区管理体制改革现状的研究与分析,总结了灌区改制的思路和改制取得的成效,提出了目前灌区改制中仍然存在的几个问题及相应的改进意见。Through the study and analysis for the management system reform in some typical IDs,this paper summarized the reform thoughts and achievements,put forward several problems existing in the reform at present and related improving suggestions as well.
