摘　　要：目的 :提高腹部吸脂术的塑形效果。方法 :采用屈膝半卧位 ,吸脂范围包括上下腹、两侧髂腰部及乳房下皱襞部分区域。结果 :腹部吸脂 5 2例 ,吸脂总量 30 0 0～ 5 2 0 0ml,平均 35 0 0ml。 6例术后早期皮肤有麻木感 ;4例皮下有轻度瘀斑和硬块。术后腹围缩小 6～ 12cm。结论 :采用屈膝半卧位吸脂 ,方法简便易行 ,减少吸脂操作时的难度 ,并有助于确定吸脂范围 ,增加吸脂量 。Objective: To improve the effect of abdominal liposuction.Methods: To perform the suction in the up-abdomen and down-abdomen,two sides of waist and the down wrinkle of the breast by using bent-knee half-lying abdominal liposuction. Results: 52cases dealt with altogether. The total suction volume is about 3000～5000ml.The average volume is 3500ml.Twaist size was reduces at about 6～12cm.In 6 cases,the skin was dumn at early stage;4 cases had ecchymosis or hematoma.Conclusion: Bent-knee half-lying abdominal liposuction is easy to perform and more effective. It can widen the suction range and increase the volume as well.
