摘　　要：介绍了不同橡胶胶料与镀镍金属的直接硫化粘合实验结果及粘合机理。在胶料中混入三聚硫氰酸类化合物,并将其应用于油封胶料中,试制外骨架油封产品,满足了粘合技术要求,可用于实际生产。The experiment result and adhesive mechanism of nickelplated metal to different rubber compounds were introduced. The results met adhesive technology requirements as it was applied to outer skeleton oil seal product. It was proved that the results could be applied to practical production.
