老年前期女性血红蛋白正常值与地理因素关系

摘　　要：为制定中国老年前期女性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据 ,文章收集了中国 16 1个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白 (Hi CN)法测定的 170 19例老年前期女性血红蛋白正常参考值 ,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法 ,研究了其与地理因素的关系 ,发现老年前期女性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系 (F=12 3.0 3) .用逐步回归分析的方法得出回归方程 :^Y=91.8 +0 .0 0 75 4 0 X1 +0 .0 0 5 186 X2 +0 .4 5 4 0 X3- 0 .6 35 0 4 ,Y的预测区间为 [^Y- 15 .7,^Y+15 .7].如果知道了中国某地的地理因素 ,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的血红蛋白正常参考值 .依据血红蛋白正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区 .In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese presenile women's hemoglobin,the relationship between the reference value of 17019 examples of Chinese healthy presenile women's hemoglobin and five geographical factors in 161 areas in China was studide,and the normal reference value was determinde by the heoglobincyanide method.It was found that the correlation between geographical factors and the reference value of Chinese presenile women's hemoglobin were high significant (F=123.03).The regression equation are given out by using stepwise regression: ^Y=91.8+0.007540X_1+0.005186X_2+0.4540X_3-0.6350X_4. Forthermore,according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese presenile women's hemoglobin,taking the altitade as the main dividing basis and considering effecfs of other geographical factors and population distribution,China can be divided into six regions:Qingzang,Sonthwest,Sowtheast,North and Northeast regions.
