摘 要:塑料挤胀成型是一种新的塑料固态成型方法,目前对塑料挤胀成型方法进行系统研究的相关报道还很少。通过建立塑料管坯挤胀成型过程的平直区和胀形区模型,在平直区探讨了不同因素对轴向力传递作用的影响。以塑性变形的全量理论为基础,建立胀形区模型,并编制程序进行求解,得到胀形管坯的应变分布和胀形压力对胀形过程的影响曲线,在此基础上与实验测得的应变数据进行了比较,表明理论模型能够较准确地反映材料的实际变形情况,并分析了造成理论和实验数据之间差别的主要原因。Plastic Bulge Forming(PBF) process is a newly emerged polymer solid state forming technology.There are few papers published to deal with the PBF process.Here plastic tubes in free bulge forming process are divided into two different areas to be studied separately,one is straight area and the other is bulged area.In straight area axial symmetric model and its research developments are first presented.A simplified model of straight area is built and the distribution of axial stress along tube axes is discussed.Effects of different factors on axial stress distribution are discussed as well.Model of bulged area is constructed by using total plasticity theory and then solved by selfdeveloped program.Results of theory calculation and experimental research are compared and the major reasons for the difference are studied.
