摘　　要：通过对导电填料、胶粘剂、表面活性剂等助剂的反复筛选,确定了经济合理的工艺路线及导电胶液配方。通过改变两种胶粘剂及导电填料配比,使聚氨酯泡沫塑料的导电率及泡沫塑料的软硬度在一定范围内可调,产品可满足不同的使用要求。加工制造的连续化生产设备改善了生产环境,提高了生产效率。The economical and reasonable processing technology and conductive adhesive were decided by repeated selections of conductive additives,such as fillers,adhesives and surfactant.The conductivity and hardness of the PU foam plastics could be controlled within a certain field to meet the needs of various applications.The contineously manufacturing equipment improved the manufacturing environment and raised the productivity.
