摘　　要：　分别用3批鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗(LaSota+W93),NDLaSota单苗和IBW93单苗免疫SPF鸡,并于免疫后第3、7、14、30、90、150天分别用NDV和NIBV强毒攻击。结果表明,二联活疫苗(LaSota+W93)于免疫后7～150d可获得与相应单苗同样的保护力。10 days old SPF chickens were inoculated 3 batches of newcastle disease(La Sota strain)and infectious bronchitis(W93 strain)combined vaccine, ND vaccine, IB W93 vaccine and NDIB H120vaccine,respectively.10 chickens from the immunized groups and the control groups were challenged with ND virulent virus and IB virulent virus at 3th, 7th, 14th, 30th, 90th and 150th days in postinoculation. The results showed that the combined vaccine (La Sota+W93)could product the same protective effects as the single vaccines did.
