摘　　要：介绍了时域频率稳定性常用的测量方法 ,并重点介绍了利用调制域分析仪实现时域频率稳定性的测量方法。这种测量方法可以实现时域频率稳定性的无间隔测量 ,消除了原有测量系统 (HP5 390A频稳分析仪 )This paper indicates the normal testing methods of time domain frequency stability, and focal points out the testing methods of time domain frequency stability with modulation domain analysis. This testing method can realizes the no-interval testing of time domain frequency stability, removes affect to testing result by interval sample of old testing system(HP5390A Frequency Stability Analysis).
