烟叶色素提取及烟叶品质综合测定法

摘　　要：用控制温湿度的方法,研究了烤烟陈化过程中颜色随温湿度的变化规律,研究结果表明,不同温湿度对烟叶陈化的颜色变化影响至关重要,温湿度越高,烟叶的颜色变化越大。以35℃温度,65％相对湿度,陈化烟叶品质最好。通过研究,提出以水为溶剂提取烟叶色素,在320nm波长测定烟叶色素,用于鉴别烟叶品质的综合测定方法。按规定处理样品,用吸光度表示,A在0.40～0.55时,烟叶质量较好,A>0.55或A<0.4时,烟叶质量较差。The colour of tobacco was studied under controlled condition of temperature and humidity.. The results indicated that the temperature and humidity were very important factors for color changing in tobacco aging, the quality of tobacco was best with 351 and 65% humidity. A novel method was proved to determine tobacco colour and evaluate the quality of tobacco. The quality of aging tobacco is better when the absorption spectrum in 320nm wave length is between 0. 43 -0. 55 than apart from this values.
