摘  要:目的 研究冬虫夏草及三种人工虫草菌丝体对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除作用。方法 采用邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生超氧阴离子自由基 ,研究冬虫夏草及三种人工虫草菌丝体对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用 ;利用 Fenton反应产生羟自由基 ,研究冬虫夏草及三种人工虫草菌丝体对羟自由基的清除作用 ,同时比较四种样品对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除能力。结果 冬虫夏草、蝙蝠蛾拟青霉、虫草头孢菌和蝙蝠蛾被孢霉对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基均有清除作用 (P<0 .0 5) ;四种虫草样品对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力弱于超氧阴离子自由基特异性清除剂抗坏血酸 (P<0 .0 5) ;对羟自由基的清除能力弱于羟自由基特异性清除剂 D-甘露醇 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 冬虫夏草及三种人工虫草菌丝体对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基均有清除作用 ;虫草素和 D-甘露醇是虫草中对自由基具有清除作用的有效组分之一 ,虫草素主要发挥对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用 ,而对羟自由基的清除作用是虫草素和 D-甘露醇共同作用的结果。Objective To explore the scavenging effects of Cordyceps sinensis and mycelium of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on superoxide anion free radical(SAFR)and hydroxyl free radical( HFR).Methods SAFR was pruduced by 1,2,3-benzentriol auto-oxidation systems and HFR was pruduced by Fenton reaction. The scavenging effects of Cordyceps sinensis and myceliun of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on SAFR and HFR were determined and compared by spectrophotometer.Results All of the Cordycep sinensis,Paecilomyces sinensis,Cephalosporium sinensis and Mortierella siensis could scaveng SAFR and HFR (P<0.05), but the scavenging effects on SAFR of these four samples were weaker than those of ascorbic acid and the cleaning out effects on HFR of these four samples were also weaker than those of D-mannitol (P<0.05).Conclusions Cordycep sinensis and three kinds of mycelium of cultured Cordycep sinensis all could clean out SAFR and HFR. The effective components of scavenging free radicals in Cordydeps sinensis and myceliun of cultured Cordydeps sinensis were Cordycepin and D-mannitol.SAFR was scavenged by Cordycepin and HFR was cleaned out by both Cordycepin and D-mannitol.
