摘  要:研究了正丁基锂为引发剂 ,抽余油为溶剂的活性丁苯无规共聚合体系中氧偶联反应特点及氧偶联作用对Sn偶联丁苯无规共聚物影响。研究表明 :随着氧含量、反应温度及反应时间的增加 ,氧偶联反应效率增加 ;GPC谱图表明 ,氧偶联反应形成双臂大分子峰 ,且Sn偶联的丁苯无规共聚物呈多峰分布 ;氧偶联反应对产物物理机械性能影响较小 ,但对产物动态力学性能及耐磨性能有一定的影响。The effects of oxygen coupling reaction on living random butadiene-styrene copolymer initiated with n-BuLi in the extensive oil solvent were studied in this paper. The influences of oxygen on the properties of random butadiene-styrene copolymer coupled with SnCl_4 were investigated by the methods of evaluation the properties of cure rubber. The oxygen coupling reaction was found to be obvious. With the increase of oxygen contents, reaction temperature and reaction time, the oxygen coupling efficiency increased. The GPC spectra of copolymer fore-and-aft coupled with SnCl_4 was bimodal distribution and tri-modal distribution respectively by the oxygen coupling reaction in the system of high oxygen contents. At same time, with the increase of oxygen coupling reaction, the cure rubber could show an increased rolling resistance and a reduced wear resistance.
