摘　　要：目的 :探讨前臂桡侧游离皮瓣移植舌重建术的围手术期护理。方法 :术前对患者进行心理评估和干预 ,解除其思想顾虑 ,做好各种术前准备 ;术后密切观察病情 ,保持呼吸道通畅 ,加强对重建舌体血循环 ,负压引流和疼痛的观察与护理 ,预防切口感染及肺部并发症 ,尽量早期从口腔营养支持 ,重视重建舌体成活后语言、吞咽功能训练和出院指导。结果 :15例患者手术切口均为甲级愈合 ,语言、吞咽功能恢复正常 ,无任何护理并发症。结论 :做好前臂桡侧游离皮瓣移植舌重建术的围手术期护理 ,对帮助患者适应新生活 。Objective:To discuss about perioperative nursing for tongue reconstruction by forearm pedicled scalp.Method:Before operation,psychological evaluation and intervention can make patients take easy;Observation should be taken for blood circulation of reconistructed torge,negative pressure drainage,pain,airway and soon,prevented from oral and pulmorary infection,language exercise,swelling function and related instruction.Result:15 cases all acquire healing of degree A,normal language and swelling function.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing can help patients to a dapt new life,improve their living quality.
