摘 要:目的 探讨Jun蛋白在颅脑火器伤后早期的表达规律及意义。方法 在德国小口径步枪弹直接致犬颅脑火器伤模型基础上 ,用免疫组织化学的方法检测不同时间点的脑损伤区Jun蛋白的表达 ,并记录脑组织含水量及超微结构的改变。结果 对照组脑组织中几乎无Jun蛋白表达 ,而实验组弹道挫伤区和震荡区的表达始于伤后 30min(P <0 0 5 ) ,1h明显表达 (P <0 0 1) ,6h达到高峰 ,12h后又逐渐下降 ,且挫伤区较震荡区的表达明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其与脑水肿的形成呈正相关 (r=0 899,P <0 0 1)。结论 颅脑火器伤后Jun蛋白早期反应性上调 。Objective To explore the rule of early Jun’ expression in craniocerebral gunshot injury and its significance. Methods After a direct shot of the dog′s head with a small calibre rifle, the expression of Jun ′ protein was assayed by immunohistochemistry method at different periods and in different regions, and the water contents and the ultrastructural changes in brain tissue were also observed. Results Nearly no Jun expression was found in cerebral tissues of the control group. However, the Jun expression was first observed begun at 30min postinjury both at the regions of contusion and concussion ( P <0 05), and it became marked at 1h ( P <0 01),peaking at 6h, and then began to decrease after 12h . Furthermore, the expression of Jun protein in the contusion region was more intensive than that the region of concussion ( P <0 05). There was a positive correlation between Jun expression and cerebral edema ( r =0 899, P <0 01). Conclusion The early reactive up regulation of Jun expression may be an important factor in cerebral cellular injury following craniocerebral firearm injury
