摘　　要：运用有限元技术对钢包旋转塔臂架的应力状态进行了分析计算 ,结果表明 :臂架立臂的工艺孔边存在严重的应力集中现象 ,局部区域的应力水平甚至超过了屈服极限 ;直叉根部内侧上盖板的应力超过了材料的许用应力。计算结果与现场实测相符 。Uses Finite Element Method to analyze the stress of the Ladle Turret′s arm. The result indicates that the stress concentration is very serious on the edge of the technical hole and the stress in some region even exceeds the yield limit of the material. In addition, the stress of the upper-shell of the fork′s root exceeds the allowable stress. The calculating result accords with the testing value, and the mending has achieved satisfying effect.
