摘　　要：目的 :探讨低分子肝素对急性冠脉综合征的疗效。方法 :70例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为二组 ,低分子肝素治疗组和普通肝素治疗组。结果 :低分子肝素疗效优于普通肝素 ,且并发症少。结论 :低分子肝素可作为常规用于急性冠脉综合征患者的早期干预治疗。Objective: To investigate the effects of low molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) on patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Method: ACS cases were randomized to two groups, one group was treated with low molecular-weight heparin(LMWH), the control group was treated with common heparin. Result: LMWH was better than common heparin in treating ACS patients, the complications of LMWH is less. Conclusion: LMWH may be used as an early intervensive method routinely in the treatment of ACS patients.
