摘　　要：目的　探讨影响皮瓣血运障碍的原因及方法。 方法　根据导致皮瓣血运障碍的具体原因 ,进行综合治疗。 结果　10 8例皮瓣转移术后 ,采用综合方法治疗 ,皮瓣全部成活 ,效果满意。 结论　防治皮瓣血运障碍的方法很多 ,但必须在准确判断皮瓣情况的基础上 ,合理、综合应用才可获得满意的效果。Objective To study the role of dexametheasone and heparinum in increasing flap survial areas.Methods According to reasons of causeing the poor arterial inflow flap to proceed to of compehensive treatment.Results All the flaps were survived with 108 cases.Conclusion There ane many ways of treating poor arterial inflow of flap,but satisfied results can be achieved only on basis of correctly judging the situations of flap.
