摘　　要：介绍集“二次造粒、干燥、冷却”为一体的“三合一”设备在复混肥生产中的应用 ,存在干燥段粘壁严重 ,干燥段冷却段风量不均衡 ,干燥段与冷却段结合处密封不严漏料漏风等问题的原因分析及整改措施 ,改造后产量提高 15 %～ 2 0 % ,消耗下降 10 %～ 15 % ,产品外观改善。The practice of '3 in 1' compact equipment with secondary granulation, drying and cooling in compound fertilizer production is described. Some problems and their countermeasures are presented such as serious wall adhesion in drying section, air disproportion in cooling and drying section, poor seal in the joint of the 2 sections, feeding leak and air leak etc. After the revamping, the output is increased by 15%～20% and the consumption decreased by 10%～15% with better appearance to the product.
