摘 要:对油、水井施加振动处理是解除近井地带堵塞的有效途径之一。理论研究和实践表明 ,施加的振动能量越大 ,振动频率越低 ,其处理深度就越大 ,处理效果越好。介绍了一种可实现低频率、大振幅振动的水力振动器的工作原理 ,并导出了可为振动器设计提供依据的参数计算公式。为了满足现场施工压力变化范围大的要求 ,结合室内模拟试验进行参数优化 ,研制出了一种低频水力振动器。将振动器应用于现场 11口水井的解堵施工 ,其应用实践证明 ,这种低频水力振动器工作性能可靠 ,解堵效果明显 ,可以推广使用。Handling vibration to oil or water well is one of the valid ways to remove plug near the wells. The results of theoretical research and practical application show that lower vibration frequency and stronger vibration energy can deepen the handling depth, which makes better handling result. The working principles and mathematical model of a kind of low-frequency and big-amplitude hydraulic vibrator were introduced. The formulas for calculating design parameters of vibrator were deduced. For satisfying variable working pressures, the design parameters were optimized on the basis of the laboratory simulation test, and a new type of low-frequency vibrator for plug removal was developed. This vibrator has been used in eleven wells. It is shown that this low-frequency vibrator works credibly, and the plug removal effect is obvious. So it can be expanded in field application.
