摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT扫描及三维重建在骨埋伏多生牙诊断与治疗中的应用价值。 方法对经咬(牙合)片或曲面体层片筛选出的多枚骨埋伏多生牙进行螺旋扫描,层厚1.25mm或2.5mm,层距为层厚的1/3,进行多平面重建及三维重建;根据CT标尺测量图像与周围结构关系的距离,以确定骨埋伏多生牙的确切位置。 结果螺旋CT扫描及三维重建能清晰显示复杂的颌骨解剖图像以及骨埋伏牙与周围结构的关系。 结论应用螺旋CT可确定骨埋伏多生牙在复杂颌骨结构中的准确位置,有利于拔牙及正畸方案的设计与实施。Objective To discuss the application of SCT ( scan and three - dimensional reconstruction technic) in the wholly impacted supernumerary teeth. Methods Wholly impacted supernumerary teeth were examined by occlusion imaging or orthopantomograph, then these teeth were scanned using SCT with 1. 25 or 2. 5mm slice thickness and with 1/3 slice thickness pitch,the data obtained were treated for multi - plane reconstruction and 3D reconstruction. The accurate positions of a wholly impacted supernumerary teeth in bone was( obtained) based on the measured distances of image between the tooth and the tissues around by the ruler on SCT. Results the positions of wholly impacted supernumerary teeth in the complex maxilla or mandible anatomy structure images were clear reflected by SCT scan and 3D reconstruction. Conclusion The accurate positions of wholly impacted supernumerary teeth in bone can be demonstrated clearly by SCT; this might play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of wholly impacted supernumerary teeth.
