169例下肢慢性静脉功能不全术后生活质量评估

摘　　要：目的评估下肢慢性静脉功能不全(CVI)术后的生活质量和手术效果。方法169例CVI患者按照CEAP分类法的临床分级和下肢静脉顺行造影结果,分别施行单纯大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术和(或)交通支结扎术、股静脉壁环行缩窄术三种术式,以生活质量调查表(CIVIQ)评价术后生活质量。 结果随访7～79月,全部病例术后无深静脉血栓形成,CEAP分级明显改善,CIVIQ均值在80分以上。 结论按照术前病理生理改变,选择合理的术式可以取得良好的生活质量。Objective To evaluate life quality and operative efficacy of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). Methods According to the CEAP clinical classification and lower limb ascending veno-graphy,169 patients underwent saphenofemoral high ligation with stripping varicose vein, perforating vein ligation, and/or external banding valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein. A new chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire ( CIVIQ) specific to CVI was used during the follow -up. Results The follow -up ranged from 7 months to 79 months. All the patients had good results without deep venous thrombosis. The average life score was over 80. There was a significant and continuous progression in the clinical CEAP classification. Conclusion The reasonable of operations for CVI can achieve satisfied quality of life.
