摘　　要：通过在尼龙1212树脂中添加15％的增塑剂BM及适量的光、热稳定剂和润滑剂增塑改性后,研制出尼龙1212汽车管材专用料。该专用料经厂家应用,成型性良好,且成型后的管件物理力学性能达到了进口尼龙11汽车管件的指标。管件经汽车厂装车试用后,效果良好。A special material nylon 1212 for the automobile pipe was developed by modification with adding 15% plasticizer BM and appropriate photostabilizer and heat stabilizer and lubricant. The special material has good processibility after the applications by manufacturers and all the physical and mechanical properties of the pipes have reached the index of import automobile pipe of nylon 11. The pipes are excellent after the assembly application of several automobile factories.
