摘 要:描述了以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂从酸性硝酸铵淋洗合格液中沉淀铀的反应机理,探索了温度、pH值、加料速度、搅拌强度、浆体返回次数对沉淀产品的影响。在温度60℃、pH5 6~5 8时,ρ(NH4HCO3)为150g/L。恒pH连续沉淀,在100℃下维持10min驱除CO2,沉淀母液中ρ(U)<10mg/L,产品中w(U)在70%左右,w(SO42-)为0 65%,w(H2O)为25 2%,优于1998年颁布的一级品标准。The reaction mechanism precipitating uranium from the acid eligible solution eluted by NH4NO3 is described using NH4HCO3 as precipitant.The effects of the temperature, pH value, velocity of adding solution, mixing intensity, return times of the serosity on the precipitate are also studied. At 60 ℃, the acid eligible solution is precipitated at the same pH value of 56~58 and the NH4HCO3 precipitants concentration is 150 g/L. Then, maintaining the temperature at 100 ℃ for 10 minutes, CO2 is got rid of from the solution. The obtained mother solution contains uranium less than 10 mg/L. The quality of the product, with the uranium content about 70%, SO42- 065% and water 252%, is better than the first class standard issued in 1998.
